In 2019, the BSC shifted its focus to providing charitable support for Baptist ministries and mission work, churches, social service agencies, and special programs that cater to vulnerable communities, aligning with the mission of our Good Neighbor Network.

We are dedicated to building goodwill and inspiring neighborhood networking. We develop programs to meet the needs of vulnerable populations while strengthening community support systems and fostering collaborative relationships among people, agencies, and resources for a more effective service network.

Dr. Mary Ann Ross Executive Director
Dr. Ross has more than 25 yrs of executive management experience in Mental Health, Education, Corrections, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, and Permanent Supportive Housing. Dr. Ross has earned a Doctorate in Psychology, Master of Education in Instructional Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.
